Text and Logo Watermarks
Use a short text label with a custom color and size, or upload a JPG, PNG, or WEBP logo. Control opacity, rotation, margin, and one of nine positions while viewing the result before export.
Watermark Selected PDF Pages
Apply a watermark to every PDF page or enter a custom page range. When several PDFs are processed, the range is safely limited to the available pages in each document. Uploaded images are always processed.
Over Content or Soft Blend
Over Content produces a clear watermark. Soft Blend uses a multiply effect that integrates the watermark with the underlying page or image, though appearance can vary with background colors.
Common Errors and Quick Fixes
Password-protected PDF: unlock the PDF first.
Logo is missing: select a JPG, PNG, or WEBP watermark image.
PDF text error: use standard Latin letters, numbers, and punctuation.
Watermark is clipped: reduce its size, rotation, or margin.
