How to Organize PDF Pages

Organize More Than One PDF
Use Add PDF to import pages from up to 20 additional documents at a time. Append them to the end or insert them after the last selected page.

Drag page cards to set a new order. On touch devices, use Move Up and Move Down. Rotate individual pages, duplicate any page, or remove pages you do not need.
Select one or more pages and choose Extract Selected to create a separate PDF in the same order shown in the grid.
Common Errors and Quick Fixes
PDF cannot be read: the file may be damaged, encrypted, or password-protected.
Add PDF does not insert: when using After selected page, select at least one page first.
Large PDF feels slow: thumbnail rendering and export time depend on the number and complexity of pages and your device memory.
Privacy and File Handling
PDF processing happens locally in your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to or stored on a server.
